Request account and data deletion

Use this public form to ask Project Ezra Global to delete an EzraOne account and its associated personal data. A student’s parent or legal guardian may submit a request on the student’s behalf.

This page applies to the EzraOne mobile app on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

What happens next

Submit the request
Give us enough information to locate the correct EzraOne account.

Verify the requester
We will reply by email and may ask for reasonable proof of account ownership or parental/guardian authority.

Complete the deletion
We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days unless law requires or permits a different period.

A full deletion includes

Teacher or student account profile
Class and mentoring memberships
Journey enrollment and devotional progress
Student reflections and teacher feedback
Registered app-notification device tokens

We may retain limited request correspondence, security records, or information required by law. Protected backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation. Any applicable exception will be explained to the requester.

EzraOne account identifier Enter the teacher email or the student’s unique account name. A parent or guardian should enter the child’s unique account name.

Submitting this form emails the request to Project Ezra Global’s privacy team. The request and follow-up correspondence are retained only as needed to verify, complete, and document the deletion.
